This term has caught on in all industries, because it sounds so "wired." Who would want to do analysis or research when they can do due diligence. See wired.  requested by BSD Healthcare Industries, Inc. to proceed with the previously announced planned acquisition of Benchmark Software Development, Inc., a privately held Florida corporation. The Company expects to proceed with the acquisition of Benchmark Software Development, Inc., pursuant to the letter of intent that was entered into and previously announced on November 8, 2001. Closing documents are currently being prepared and are expected to be completed in the near future.
