DePersis is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta History Established in 1889 as a state normal school with the sole mission of training teachers, the College at Oneonta was a founding member of the State University of New York system in 1948. where he earned his Masters Degree in Economics and Business Administration. In addition to his prior commercial banking experience, DePersis has been active with Robert Morris Associates, Bank Administration Institute, NYS Bankers Association and Community Bankers Association. DePersis is currently vice chair of the board of directors for Twin Tier Home Health and a board member of Broome Community College Broome Community College is a SUNY two-year college in Broome County, New York. The college was founded in 1946 and went through several name changes. The school is currently located in Binghamton, New York. Foundation.
