WHAT:       The Business Software Alliance (BSA) and Center for
            Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) would like to
            invite you to join us for what promises to be a
            stimulating lunchtime forum and panel session entitled,
            "Battling International Organized Cyber Crime," featuring
            United States Secret Service Director Ralph Basham as the
            keynote speaker.

            The forum is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 17,
            2005, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  BSA and CSIS will
            bring together today's leading experts in the fields of
            law enforcement, technology, and government to discuss the
            shifting dynamic of international crime on the Internet
            and what steps must be taken to deter these online
            criminals.  Participants include:
