GREAT NECK, N.Y. -- BRT Realty Trust (NYSE: BRT) today announced that it has priced its public offering of 2,800,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $28.00 per share.

A prospectus supplement to a registration statement relating to these securities was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The managing underwriters for the offering are Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and BMO Capital Markets Corp.
