 Investment Bank plc has reached an agreement with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co to develop a strategic research sharing initiative whereby HSBC will have access to the sell side equity research resources of Brown Brothers Harriman.

Activities will be co-ordinated by senior representatives from Brown Brothers Harriman and HSBC Investment Bank. They will be led by Ronald J Hill, Partner of Brown Brothers Harriman, and Krishna Patel, Chief Executive, Global Investment Banking Division at HSBC Investment Bank.
