GUTTED Clyde boss John Brown couldn't hide his frustration as his troops tumbled out of their second cup competition in a week.

Last weekend Clyde crashed out of the Alba Challenge Cup to Stenhousemuir, and Forfar increased their misery yesterday.

 Brown said: "There's plenty for us to work on and the three goals we conceded were avoidable.

"To be out of the Challenge Cup and League Cup already is bitterly disappointing for us."
