THE following cases were heard at Cardiff Magistrates' Court: Stephen Raymond Clarke, 32, of Shakespeare Avenue, Penarth, pleaded guilty to being in possession of heroin. He was fined pounds 100 and ordered to pay pounds 85 costs and a pounds 15 victim surcharge. Mark Eugene McGuire, 21, of Uphill Road, Llanrumney, Cardiff, pleaded guilty to being in possession of green herbal cannabis cannabis: see hemp; marijuana.
