Krzysztof Orzechowski, 23, of Monthermer Road, Cathays, Cardiff, was fined pounds 100 and given six penalty points after being found guilty of driving without insurance. David Daniel Owston, 31, of Llansannor Drive, Butetown, Cardiff, was fined pounds 175 with pounds 45 costs and given three penalty points, after being convicted - in his absence - of using a mobile phone while driving.
