), a nationwide provider of competitive local telecommunications services, announced today that the Company has significantly expanded its existing contractual relationship with MCI Communications Corporation (Nasdaq/NM:MCIC MCIC Macedonian Cultural and Information Centre (UK)
MCIC Missing Children Investigation Center
MCIC Managed Care Information Center
MCIC Manitoba Crop Insurance Corporation
MCIC Macedonian Center for International Cooperation
) in an agreement which expands Brooks Fiber's preferred provider status to provide MCI (1) (Media Control Interface) A high-level programming interface from Microsoft and IBM for controlling multimedia devices. It provides commands and functions to open, play and close the device.

 dedicated access services in seventeen additional cities over its networks.

The agreement includes the following cities: Dallas, Forth Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Waco, Texas; White Plains and Long Island New York; Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota; San Mateo, California San Mateo is a city in San Mateo County, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born in Shelby County, Kentucky, Allen attended the public schools. He moved to Indiana in 1830. He studied law.
