Alan Brogan is an Irish Gaelic footballer from Dublin who plays for St. Oliver Plunkett's.
 says that Dublin believe in the management placing particular emphasis on the Championship this year.

Brogan said: "The management have set that out and explained to us what they're trying to do and the players are buying into that.

"At the same time you don't like playing games and shipping a beating like we did against Derry but as long as everyone trusts what the management is doing and the management trusts the players, everyone is singing off the same hymn sheet, it's not a problem.

"Obviously we're not going to win the National League and we're not going to qualify for the National League final. It's more about survival.

"We probably haven't been going as well but the guys have been trying a few things, they've brought in a few faces.

"It's been hard in Division one as well because you're playing against the best teams every week. You don't get that opportunity for an off day. If something doesn't work out you end up taking a hammering."
