ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 1996--Brock International, Inc.(NASDAQ/NMS - BROC) announces the highest revenues for any first quarter in the Company's history.

The first quarter revenues for fiscal 1996 increased 11% to $7,225,000 compared to $6,533,000 for the same period last fiscal year. The net loss for the first quarter decreased 89% to $171,000 compared to a loss of $1,508,000 a year ago. Weighted average shares outstanding for the first quarter increased from 4,900,000 to 5,000,000.
