ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER RESULTS.ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 1995--Brock Control Systems, Inc. announced today revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 1995 decreased slightly to $6,415,000 compared to $6,427,000 for the same period last fiscal year. Net earnings for the second quarter decreased to a loss of $938,000 compared to a loss of $424,000 a year ago. Fiscal 1995 second quarter earnings per share were a loss of $.19 compared to a loss of $.09 for the same period last year reflecting a decrease in weighted average shares outstanding from 4,942,000 in the second quarter of 1994 to $4,900,000 in the second quarter of 1995.
