ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 1995 RESULTS.ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 1995--Brock Control Systems, Inc. announced today revenues and net earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 1995. Revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 1995 decreased 1% to $6,533,000 compared to $6,607,000 for the same period last fiscal year. Net earnings for the first quarter decreased to a loss of $1,508,000 compared to a profit of $187,000 a year ago. Fiscal 1995 first quarter earnings per share decreased to a loss of $.31 compared to a profit of $.04 for the same period last year, taking into account a decrease in weighted average shares outstanding from 4,911,000 in the first quarter of 1994 to 4,900,000 in the first quarter of 1995.
