BRLI Unveils CareEvolve, An e-Health B-to-B Unit

Bio-Reference Laboratories, Inc (NASDAQ: BRLI), announced today that management of its Internet Strategy will be assigned to its new CareEvolve business unit.

CareEvolve is a Physician-based business-to-business health portal with a full suite of services and products designed to enable participating physicians to provide &uot;better healthcare through better communications&uot;.

CareEvolve is an extension of the Company's ongoing Internet strategy and expands upon the December acquisition of www.DoctorNY.com, a consumer-based health portal serving the New York Metropolitan area.
