BRITAIN: Grieving US family speaks out.


THE American family of a British man's murdered wife and daughter yesterday said they were confident whoever was responsible would be brought to justice.

Neil Entwistle's wife Rachel and nine-month-old baby Lillian were found shot dead in their home in Hopkinton, Massachusetts Hopkinton is a town located in southwestern Middlesex County, Massachusetts, about 40 km (26.4 mi) from Boston. It is one of nine towns that are part of the region known as MetroWest. The population was 13,346 at the 2000 census.  a week ago.

He is thought to have returned to the UK before the grim discovery. His family in Worksop, Notts, on Saturday refused to comment on claims that he would not meet American detectives in London probing the killings.

But Mrs Entwistle's mother and stepfather, Priscilla and Joseph Matterazzo, broke their silence yesterday to tell of their grief.

Family friend Joe Flaherty Joe Flaherty (June 21, 1941) is an American-Canadian comedian. He is best known for his work on the Canadian sketch comedy SCTV, from 1976 to 1984.

He is currently a judge on The Second City's Next Comedy Legend.
