Kevin Johnson, 41, of Lancaster and an unknown suspect identified as a 30-year-old man were arrested on carjacking and armed robbery charges, sheriff's deputies said. They are accused of stealing a 60-year-old man's late-model Chrysler PT Cruiser and necklace, authorities said. -- Daily News Shooting wounds man, teenager LANCASTER -- A Lancaster man and a boy were hospitalized with gunshot wounds after they were fired upon early Sunday morning in a parking lot at a Palmdale shopping center, sheriff's deputies said. The shooting occurred at 3 a.m. outside Lowe's on 47th Street East, sheriff's deputies.
