Local band plays part
in video for Web site
Android Ethic, the local pop-rock band, will be featured in a promotional video for the myspace.com Web site.
The video will be used to help bands better understand how to use myspace.com, band member Todd Edman said in a news release.
Myspace.com was the busiest site on the Internet in April. It features more than 450,000 band profiles, including everyone from Coldplay to, well, Android Ethic.
Edman says he uses the site to contact fans in new cities.
The video will be shot Saturday at Diablo's/Downtown Lounge, 959 Pearl St. The show - part of the `Snap, Crackle, POP! Live' show - will begin at 10 p.m.
There is no cover charge.
