The two, one 14 and the other 15, are accused of killing Paul Martinez, 22, about 1 a.m. on Thursday in the 200 block of East Avenue Q-10, sheriff's homicide Detective Frank Salerno said. The motive was unclear, Salerno said The two had been arrested Friday. The 15-year-old also faces a special allegation of using a knife.
