Jackson resolves pharmacy suit

Michael Jackson has ``amicably resolved'' a lawsuit filed by a Beverly Hills pharmacy that claimed the singer owed more than $100,000 for prescription drugs over the past two years, his spokeswoman said Friday.

``(Mickey) Fine Pharmacy has been paid,'' Jackson spokeswoman Raymone K. Bain said in a statement.

The pharmacy filed suit Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging it had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for his prescription medications and sent monthly bills that went unpaid by the singer.
