BRIEFLY.Byline: The Register-Guard Seafood festival begins at Charleston Marina CHARLESTON - The 16th annual Seafood Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Charleston Marina from 7 a.m. to dusk each day. For years, this fishing village has set aside the third weekend in August to enjoy the summer catch and celebrate the season. Festivities fes·tiv·i·ty n. pl. fes·tiv·i·ties 1.
