BRIEFLY.Byline: The Register-Guard Schools receive grants for after-school programs The Springfield and McKenzie school districts are among six districts and organizations in Oregon that will share $1.4 million in new 21st Century Community Learning Center grants for after-school programs, the state Department of Education announced this week.
