Army seeks comment on plans for reservoir LOWELL - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking public comment on Lane County's request to fill about an acre of Dexter reservoir. The project would enlarge an existing parking lot, improve pedestrian access to the old Lowell covered bridge, and install a floating fishing dock.
