Man's body retrieved from Willamette River Willamette River

River, northwestern Oregon, U.S. It flows north for 300 mi (485 km) into the Columbia River near Portland. Oregon's most populous cities are in its valley. The Fremont Bridge, a steel arch with a main span of 1,225 ft (373 m), crosses the river at Portland.
 

Lane County Sheriff's Office marine deputies and search and rescue personnel pulled a man's body from the Willamette River in Eugene midday Sunday.

The man appears to be a white male in his mid-40's, the sheriff's office said. He was wearing a black T-shirt, beige beige
