Meeting to discuss

redevelopment in Lowell

LOWELL - Downtown revival strategies will be the topic of a public meeting Wednesday night.

The City Council-sponsored event will include discussion of a Downtown Lowell Development Report prepared by the Oregon Oregon, city, United States

The meeting will acquaint prospective clients with the philosophy and services of Open Adoption and Family Services and will include a presentation by a local family that has adopted through the agency.
