Carjackers elude police after chase

PACOIMA -- Police were searching for two carjackers who stole an SUV and led officers on a chase early Sunday.

Fire on 91 freeway extinguished

Plane's engine may have failed

LOMITA - An investigation was under way Sunday in the death of a private pilot whose plane struck power lines in Lomita and crashed into a home.
