BRIEFLY.Byline: The Register-Guard Hottest salsa dancers competing at Cozmic The third annual Eugene Salsa Competition takes its first steps Saturday at Cozmic Pizza. Registration for the contest is closed, but spectator tickets are available at Books Without Borders A number of NGOs have adopted the "Without Borders" tag, inspired by Doctors without Borders.
Tickets are $10 for Saturday only, or $15 for both that night's semifinals and the May 12 finals. Until 10:45 p.m., when the competition starts, there will be salsa classes and performances.
