The LIEAP LIEAP Low Income Energy Assistance Program program prioritizes households with a senior 60 and over, and households with a permanently disabled member. To qualify, a household's total gross income must be at or below 60 percent of Oregon's median income level. For example, for a one-person household, gross monthly income must be $1,592 or less.
