Kings to retire Robitaille's No. 20 on Jan. 20 vs. Phoenix

The Kings will retire the No. 20 jersey of Luc Robitaille This articlearticle or section has multiple issues:

Robitaille's jersey will join those of Marcel Dionne, Wayne Gretzky, Rogie Vachon and Dave Taylor, and Robitaille will also be inducted into the Kings' Hall of Fame. The timing allows Gretzky, Robitaille's former teammate and current coach of the Coyotes, to be in attendance.

``Having your sweater retired by your team is an incredible honor,'' Robitaille said. ``I have always said that the Kings are my team. This honor means so much to myself and my family, and I am very honored and humbled indeed.''

Robitaille retired after last season as the Kings' all-time leading goal scorer, with 557, and the highest-scoring left winger in NHL NHL Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, see there  history.
