Castrale shoots 64, takes lead at LPGA Championship

Nicole Castrale had three birdies in a four-hole span and shot a career-low 64 Thursday that gave her a two-shot lead at the LPGA Championship in Havre de Grace, Md.

She chipped to 4 feet on the par-5 15th, hit a sand wedge to a foot on the next hole, and choked up on an 8-iron for an approach to 8 feet on the 18th.

Pat Hurst and Cristie Kerr each shot 66. The group at 67 included South Korean rookie Seon Hwa Lee Seon Hwa Lee (Korean 이선화) (born February 10, 1986) is a South Korean professional golfer now playing on the United States LPGA Tour.
