 Jail late Saturday with bail set at $200,000. Police said they were called to the dorm by a security officer to investigate a complaint of a minor in possession of alcohol.

Police, believing the pipe bomb was inert, took it to their station. They later learned the explosive was live and might have to be detonated. An Oregon State Police bomb squad was alerted.
