Job, health fair set for Saturday

Swing dancing classes to be held

LANCASTER - Dance teacher and competitor Luis Crespo will teach swing dancing 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Antelope Valley Senior Center, 777 W. Jackman St.

Classes are 1 to 2 p.m. for beginner East Coast swing, 2 to 3 p.m. for intermediate East Coast swing, and 3 to 4 p.m. for intermediate and advanced West Coast swing.

Cost is $15 a class, $22 for two classes and $30 for three classes. Tickets will be available at the door. To register in advance or for more information call Lisa Sandoval at (661) 916-1318.

Ballroom-Latin-salsa-swing dancing follows from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the senior center. A hustle lesson takes place from 6 to 7 p.m., with general dancing 7 to 10 p.m.

Dance cost is $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, or $8 for adults and $4 for students for members of the Salsa/Latin dance class.
