BRIEFLY.Officials identify crash victim, 12 LANCASTER - A 12-year-old boy who died after his motorcycle crashed into a tractor-trailer truck Friday evening was identified Monday as Codie Irigoin of Lancaster. He was riding a 1993 off-road Honda 100R motorcycle south on 85th Street West near Avenue F about 5:25 p.m. when he didn't stop at a stop sign and collided with a 2000 Peterbilt Utility big rig Big Rig was a punk band from the San Francisco Bay Area fronted by singer/songwriter Jesse Michaels. Michaels performed with the group after the break up of his previous project, Operation Ivy, and before forming the band Common Rider. driven by Darryl Holst, 42, of Lancaster, who was driving west on Avenue F at about 50 mph to 55 mph. The boy's dirt bike, traveling at 25 mph to 30 mph, crossed into the path of Holst's truck. Holst braked but was unable to slow in time and his truck hit the left side of the motorcycle.
