Fee season for county parks begins Sunday Lane County Parks will begin its fee season Sunday at five county parks. The season lasts from Sunday through Sept. 30. Lane County's three campgrounds - Baker Bay, Harbor Vista and Richardson - are already open and ready for campers. "Lane County Season passes are a great value for park visitors that regularly use their Lane County Parks," said Todd Winter, Lane County Parks Division Manager. The Mount Pisgah Arboretum The Mount Pisgah Arboretum (85 ha / 209 acres) is a non-profit arboretum and botanical garden located within the Howard Buford Recreation Area (930 ha / 2,300 acre), between the Coast Fork of the Willamette River and the slopes of Mount Pisgah near Eugene-Springfield, Oregon, does not sell either pass. For either pass, senior citizens may receive a 50 percent discount with a Golden Age Passport, available from the local offices of the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management.
