Motorists traveling through Harrisburg should expect five-minute delays.

Once the pavement and soil have been removed, officials will be better able to determine through core sampling the extent of damage to the road's base.

A Harrison Transportation tanker truck carrying the aviation fuel overturned about 4:30 a.m. Monday near North Third Street. Most of the 2,100 gallons of fuel spilled into the soil on the west side of Third Street. The road was completely closed for several hours. It is currently narrowed to one lane.
