BRIEFLY WORKSHOPS TO TAP AREA'S WATER FUTURE.


SANTA CLARITA - The Castaic Lake Water Agency has scheduled two public financial planning Financial planning

Evaluating the investing and financing options available to a firm. Planning includes attempting to make optimal decisions, projecting the consequences of these decisions for the firm in the form of a financial plan, and then comparing future performance against
 workshops beginning Wednesday to discuss programs to ensure water to the valley.

The workshops also will cover potential funding for numerous captial projects, including improving drinking water drinking water

supply of water available to animals for drinking supplied via nipples, in troughs, dams, ponds and larger natural water sources; an insufficient supply leads to dehydration; it can be the source of infection, e.g. leptospirosis, salmonellosis, or of poisoning, e.g.
 at the Earl Schmidt Water Treatment Plant. The board will consider structural and technology improvements needed to meet the federal Safe Drinking Water Act The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) is a United States federal law passed by the U.S. Congress on December 16, 1974. It is the main federal law that ensures safe drinking water for Americans.  and the California Department of Health Services Department of Health Services may refer to:
  • Los Angeles County Department of Health Services
  • California Department of Health Services a California state agency
 requirements.

The meetings are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Feb. 7 at district headquarters, 27234 Bouquet Canyon Road, Saugus.
