BRIEFLY WOMAN, 90, DIES AFTER BUS HITS HER.OXNARD - A 90-year-old woman who was hit by a school bus driver as she walked in a crosswalk has died of her injuries, officials said Thursday. Rosa Garcia of Oxnard died seven hours after being hit at Fourth and A streets by a chartered school bus driven by Ronald Brady, 56, of Oxnard. Investigators said Garcia was in a crosswalk, walking on a green light, when she was hit by the bus at it made a left turn.
