 three men who robbed a Palmdale pet store and an employee at gunpoint, officials said.

The three men entered the PetCo in the 39500 block of 10th Street West about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday and ordered the clerk to hand over all the cash in the store. After getting the money, the robbers took the clerk's cell phone and car keys.

The robbers fled north through the parking lot and out of sight, leaving the employee's car behind.

The 2004 Grace-A-Thon will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. People can call (866) 790-1031 to make a pledge. Annual luncheon to be held soon

LANCASTER - Sacred Heart The Sacred Heart is a religious devotion to Jesus' physical heart as the representation of the divine love for humanity

This devotion is predominantly used in the Roman Catholic Church and also used in the Anglican Church.
 School's 44th annual Fall Luncheon will be held noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the school, 45002 Date Ave. Twelve tables have been decorated with different themes ranging from ``Around the Campfire,'' to ``Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend.''

The luncheon will feature a traditional Thanksgiving meal served buffet style. Cost is $25. For tickets call (661) 948-3613.
