BRIEFLY SUNLAND MAN HELD AFTER FATAL COLLISION.


A 28-year-old Sunland man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of manslaughter after an early morning collision left one person dead.

There were apparently three occupants of the other vehicle that was struck, but they left the scene before police arrived.

Police apprehend shooting suspects

When they came around a corner, the officers saw two men - one with a handgun - standing over a third man in front of a liquor store, McBride said.

Officers ordered the man to drop the weapon. The suspect did but escaped on foot. The second suspect was apprehended at the scene.

After cordoning off the area, officers eventually arrested the man they say was the shooter.

Police seeking help to find missing man

HOLLYWOOD - Authorities on Saturday were seeking the public's help in finding a 70-year-old Hollywood man who has been missing for two days, a Los Angeles police sergeant said.

Petros Kyubelyan was last seen at 1 p.m. Thursday at his residence off Harvard Boulevard, said Sgt. Hugo Gutierrez.

``Apparently, he went on his daily walk and did not return,'' Gutierrez said.

Kyubelyan speaks only Armenian. He is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds, has brown eyes Brown Eyes (브라운 아이즈) was a Korean musical duo, specializing in ballads. Although both members have powerful voices, they were initially disregarded because of their physical looks.  and thinning gray hair, with a medium build, he said.

Kyubelyan, whose mental condition is fair, has disappeared before but was found the same day, Gutierrez said.
