    The Oakland Raiders are a professional American football team based in the city of Oakland, California.

     never appears in a 15-minute video that is a key piece of evidence that led prosecutors to charge him with 25 counts of rape and sexual battery, his defense attorney said at a bail hearing Thursday.

    Instead, Russell was the one who taped two of his friends having what attorney Anthony Gibbs said was ``consensual sex'' with a 27-year-old woman.

    An Alameda County Superior Court judge refused to lower the $1.2 million bail for the 25-year-old Russell or for the two other suspects, Ali Hayes of Oakland and Naeem Perry of Berkeley.

    Russell posted bail and was out of jail Thursday night.

    The trio was arrested Feb. 1, a day after the woman reported to police that she had been raped. Under California law California Law consists of 29 codes, covering various subject areas, the State Constitution and Statutes. See also

    Selig has been putting together a management staff for the Expos, a high-ranking baseball official said, speaking on the condition of anonymity. The Expos are being sold to the other 29 clubs as part of baseball's unusual ownership shifts.

    Expos owner Jeffrey Loria is in the process of selling his team for $120 million and buying the Florida Marlins for $158.5 million from John Henry, who heads the group that was given approval last month to buy the Boston Red Sox The Boston Red Sox are a professional baseball team based in Boston, Massachusetts. The Red Sox are a member and currently champions of the Eastern Division of Major League Baseball’s American League. From to the present, the Red Sox have played in Fenway Park.  for $660 million.

    As part of the shifts, Loria will take much of his Montreal staff to the Marlins, including manager Jeff Torborg.
