BRIEFLY POLICE CHASE ENDS AT VALLEY HOSPITAL.


PACOIMA - Police chased a car to a hospital Wednesday night, where the fleeing occupants pulled someone from the back seat, apparently seeking medical attention, police said.

The chase ended at Pacific Hospital. The condition of the victim was not immediately available, and police could not say exactly what happened at the restaurant.

BB gun shootings result in 3 arrests

VAN NUYS - One juvenile was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a pellet or BB struck and injured a man, police said Wednesday.

Two others in another part of Van Nuys were arrested after firing BBs at a construction site, including a portable toilet with a worker inside, said LAPD 1. LAPD - Link Access Procedure on the D channel.

Police were dispatched to the apparently unrelated incidents about 10:55 a.m. Wednesday.

The victim in the one attack was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Airport official to begin Monday

BURBANK - David C. Miller, general manager of Mercury Air Center, will start work Monday as director of administrative services for Burbank Airport.

Miller, 55, of Encino, previously worked for fixed-base operations facilities in Los Angeles and Houston.
