Richard Saucedo, 29, of Palmdale was arrested about 2 a.m., three hours after he was seen inside A&G Jewelry at 2250 E. Palmdale Blvd. by a passer-by who contacted the Sheriff's Department. ``Someone spotted him in the store roaming around inside and contacted us,'' said Deputy Darrel Bonsal. When deputies arrived, Saucedo climbed into the rafters of the store in an attempt to escape, officials said. Deputies and search dogs searched for hours before locating the suspect.
