BRIEFLY MOJAVE TEEN DIES OF CRASH INJURIES.

MOJAVE - A Mojave teen, hospitalized for 10 days after a vehicle crash, has died of his injuries, Kern County coroner's officials said.

Michael Keith Mendizabal, 18, died Saturday at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield. He had been injured May 5 when a vehicle he was driving ran off United Street south of Purdy Avenue and overturned, officials said.
