 Vista Homeowners Association will hold a meeting tonight at 7 at the Palmdale Cultural Center, 704 E. Palmdale Blvd.

The association will discuss the 90-unit apartment project planned at Rancho Vista Boulevard and Avenue 0-8, which the association opposes. The group also will discuss another apartment project on the south side of Rancho Vista Boulevard, across from the Vons shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into .
