Alfredo ``Freddie'' Hernandez had been one of two suspects initially arrested on suspicion of murder in the shooting death of Mirna Regollar during an attempted robbery of Junior's Market on June 2, 1998. No charges were filed, however, and Hernandez was released pending further investigation. The Ventura County District Attorney's Office is now ready to move forward with the case, officials said.
