The verdict came after five weeks of testimony and two days of deliberation. The jury determined the security guards who accused the kids, ages 12 to 19, of cutting in line and threw them out of the theme park, acted properly. The suit claimed the young customers went to the Valencia theme park on Aug. 21, 1999, and security guards approached the kids as they stepped off a ride, court documents said. The guards accused them of cutting in line, and then handcuffed, peppered sprayed, choked and beat the youngsters, the lawsuit claimed.
