Bullet in chest kills teen in park

Woman drowns on Memorial Day

PANORAMA CITY - A 52-year-old woman was pronounced dead after being pulled unconscious from a swimming pool in Panorama City on Monday morning, officials said.

Emergency crews were called to 8831 Costello Ave. at 8:35 a.m., said fire spokesman Bob Collis.

Coroner's personnel are investigating the death.
