PALMDALE - Jones Intercable Jones Intercable was a Cable TV company founded by Glenn Jones. Jones, already a cable television veteran, bought his first cable system in Georgetown, Colorado after taking a $400 loan on his Volkswagen.

In 1993 30% of the company was purchased by BCI Telecom Holdings, Ltd.
 will host its annual Toy-a-thon live from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday on Channel 3.

Frazier appointed studio's new VP

VALENCIA - Entertainment industry veteran and Emmy winner Woody Frazier has been named vice president of television division and development at Valencia/SBI Studios.

Frazier has 25 years' experience as an executive producer, and his production company has created and produced television shows including ``The Dick Cavett Show,'' ``The Steve Allen Show,'' ``That's Incredible,'' and ``Good Morning America Good Morning America is a weekday morning news show that is broadcast on the ABC television network. The show was adapted from The Morning Exchange, a morning show created by and airing on the ABC affiliate in Cleveland, Ohio, and was launched nationally as .''

At Valencia/SBI, Frazier's responsibilities include business development for the television division and strategy as well as coordinating and producing the company's new TV show, ``Truster,'' for 20th Century Fox and Fox Family to begin January 2001.

The company, with offices in Valencia and Georgia, has eight stages at its Valencia studio and has $20 million in assets.
