BRIEFLY INMATE SUSPECTED IN 1978 KILLINGS.

SAN BERNARDINO - A Wisconsin prison inmate is scheduled to be arraigned April 5 in the 26-year-old clubbing deaths of a teenage brother and sister from Canoga Park.

William Floyd Zamastil, 51, was extradited and charged with the murders last year, after sheriff's investigators took a new look at the cold case. Zamastil is accusing of robbing and killing Jacqueline Bradshaw, 18, and her brother Malcolm, 17, as they hitchhiked home from Las Vegas on Feb. 27, 1978, after their car broke down in the Mojave Desert.

Zamastil was serving a life sentence for another murder in Wisconsin in 1982, when he admitted to a detective that he had killed the teens.
