Officials said Semizyan faces 10 felony charges. - City News Service Teen with no gang ties fatally shot OXNARD - A 15-year-old boy with no apparent gang connections was fatally shot in front of his home, authorities said Monday. Police found Steven Miinster, a sophomore at Hueneme High School, lying on the sidewalk with a single gunshot wound to his body about 11 p.m. Saturday, said David Keith, a spokesman for the Oxnard Police Department. Authorities were responding to reports that gunshots had been heard in the 200 block of Bryce Canyon Avenue. The teen was pronounced dead at 11:33 p.m. at St. John's Regional Medical Center.
