A manager at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center (also known as County USC) is an 800-bed teaching hospital located in East Los Angeles in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.  was charged Tuesday with downloading child pornography from the Internet to a computer at work and another at his home, prosecutors said.

Waymond Talley, 59, of Monterey Hills is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of unauthorized use of a computer.
